Large industrial warehouses require a lot of heat to keep their product and worker's warm. The three existing boilers supplying heat for this facility were aged and in need of repair. We came in and completely cut apart and remove the old boilers piece by piece to get them out of the room they were in. Once removed our team rigged the two new boilers in with special equipment to avoid damage to the new equipment and to the facility.

This boiler plant was completely overhauled with two new 6,000MBH boilers, new circulation pumps, boiler piping and venting. There were many hurdles to overcome on this project to allow us to install this system in an operating facility including rope access to remove existing chimney liner and specialized pipe freezing to allow us to isolate the boiler plant from the rest of the building.

With all the specialized trades and techniques needed to retrofit these new boilers into the existing system our team was able to keep the project on schedule and have the new system up and operating long before heating season began.
