This new maintenance facility the Township of Zorra is building will help them with aging buildings throughout the township as well as centralize their roads maintenance services. This facility will be state of the art with full lighting control, energy monitoring system and will be heated with a large geo thermal system.

The township has committed to being carbon neutral by 2030 and this is the first steps in achieving this commitment. This 35,000 sqft facility will be constructed to last over 50 years and will provide the environmental responsibility that the future will bring.

We are providing a full electrical and mechanical scope for this project including all civil work for the building services and a complete 100 ton geo thermal system that will be vertically drilled into the ground. Once this building is completed it will set the standard for the area in net zero emissions and will pave the way for other municipality's to follow suit and do their part.
